2. Flight Ticket Refunds
- Refundable Fares: Full or partial refund available, subject to airline cancellation fees. Service fees are non-refundable.
- Non-Refundable Fares: No cash refund. Airlines may offer travel credit at their discretion.
- Partially Refundable Fares: Taxes and airport fees may be refundable even if the base fare is not.
3. Tour Package Cancellations
- 30+ days before departure: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
- 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund
- 7–14 days before departure: 25% refund
- Less than 7 days / No-show: No refund
